We were thinking about this problem from all different angles. We met with over 35 women's political organizations in California to learn more about their goals, operations, and challenges. We collected studies and public data to inform the background, and brainstormed the best way to communicate this information to our audience.

We gathered an incredible group of Californian women from business and politics as the first innovation team. In an effort to get all of the participants on the same page, we compiled our research into a background presentation.
